Terms of Use

1. Parties and scope

These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern the legal relationship between TestDaş (testdas.com; the “Platform”, “we”, “us”) and natural persons who register on or visit the Platform (“User”, “you”).

The Platform is a matching and accounting service that helps developers find testers during Google Play (and other supported store) closed testing processes, and helps testers earn in-platform credits in exchange for daily proof submissions.

Registering, signing in, or using the Platform means you have read and accept these Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Privacy Notice (KVKK). If you do not accept them, do not use the Platform.

2. Nature of the service

TestDaş provides:

• Listing apps in the test pool and setting target tester counts and duration
• Testers joining listed apps and accessing closed tests via a shared or custom Google Group
• Daily screenshot (proof) upload, review, and credit accounting
• In-platform credit balance; optional credit packages (via a payment provider)
• App listing rights (listing voucher) after completing a specified number of tests

TestDaş is not an official service of Google, Apple, or third-party stores. Compliance with store policies and your app’s readiness for release are entirely your responsibility. The Platform does not guarantee store approval or publication outcomes.

3. Account and eligibility

• You must create an account with a correct, current email address that belongs to you. Sign-in with Google is also available.
• You are responsible for account security (password, session, device access). Report unauthorized use promptly to [email protected].
• Opening multiple fake accounts on behalf of one person or organization, or manipulating quota or the credit system, is prohibited.
• Restrictions may apply to users under 18; where legal guardian consent is required, the Platform account may be closed.

4. Roles: developer and tester

4.1. Developer

• You keep app information (title, package name / store identifier, icon, test link, Google Group settings, etc.) accurate and up to date.
• For Android (Google Play) listings, it is your obligation to add the group indicated by the Platform (e.g. [email protected]) or your own group correctly to the Play Console closed-test email list. Otherwise testers may not see the app in the store; the Platform cannot be held liable for that.
• Listing may be subject to a fee calculated from selected tester count × test duration × daily credit reward. The fee is covered by credit balance or a valid listing right.
• Apps that are illegal, harmful, misleading, or infringe intellectual property may not be listed; they will be removed if detected.

4.2. Tester

• For a test you join, you commit to keeping the app on your device for the planned period (for Android closed testing, typically 14 days), joining the group, and uploading daily proof.
• Proofs (screenshots, etc.) must reflect genuine testing activity; fake, manipulated, third-party, or reused images are not accepted.
• If you leave early (drop), leave the group, or fail to meet your commitment, accumulated pending credits may be blocked or forfeited; the Platform’s anti-abuse rules apply.

5. Credit system

• New members may receive a starting credit per Platform policy (e.g. 840 credits). These amounts may change.
• Credits for daily approved proofs first accrue in a “pending” balance; they are released when the relevant test period is successfully completed.
• Credits are for in-Platform use only; they are not cash, legal tender, or securities. They cannot be transferred, sold, or used by third parties (except transactions the Platform explicitly allows).
• Balances may be corrected due to error, violation, or technical adjustment. Credit cancellation and account restrictions may apply in case of abuse.

6. Listing right (3×14)

When purchasing credits is closed or insufficient, each successful test record you complete on someone else’s app counts. Every 3 completed distinct tests generally grants one app listing right; each new listing consumes one right. Early departure or incomplete tests do not count. The scope of rights (e.g. default package upper limit) is subject to Platform settings.

7. Payments

When credit packages are offered, payments are processed through an authorized payment institution (e.g. Iyzico). Card and payment data are processed directly at the payment provider; TestDaş does not store your card number. Refunds, chargebacks, and invoicing follow payment provider rules and Turkish consumer legislation. Exceptions to the right of withdrawal relating to performance of digital content / services are reserved.

8. Proof, review, and anti-abuse

• Uploaded images may be evaluated using package name / app name matching (including OCR), IP / browser telemetry, and manual review.
• If heavy multi-account activity from the same network, automated bots, fake proof, or quota fraud is detected, relevant records are rejected; the account may be suspended or closed.
• Developer or admin review may be delayed; the review outcome is the Platform’s final decision (the support channel is open for appeals).

9. Prohibited uses

• Distributing illegal content, malware, phishing, or spam
• Using another party’s intellectual property, personal data, or account credentials without permission
• Reverse engineering, scraping, or security testing the Platform without written permission
• Manipulating credits, quota, or listing rights; “install-delete” or fake testing behavior
• Insults, threats, harassment, or discriminatory content

10. Intellectual property

The Platform’s software, brand, interface, and content belong to TestDaş or its licensors. Users accept that they hold rights in their own apps and uploaded materials and grant the Platform a limited license necessary to provide the service.

11. Limitation of liability

• The Platform is provided “as is”; uninterrupted or error-free operation is not guaranteed.
• TestDaş cannot be held liable for indirect damages arising from tester conduct, store decisions, Google Group / Play Console configuration, or third-party outages.
• Your rights under mandatory consumer and personal data legislation are reserved.

12. Suspension and termination

We may restrict, suspend, or close your account if you breach the Terms. You may also request account closure. After closure, subject to legal retention obligations, your data is deleted or anonymized under the Privacy Policy. Unused credits are generally not refunded (except where mandatory law requires otherwise).

13. Changes

We may update the Terms according to Platform needs. Material changes may be communicated by email or site notice. Continued use of the Platform after an update means you accept the new text.

14. Governing law and contact

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Turkish courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction in disputes (consumer arbitration committees / consumer courts retain their authority).
