Tester side
A tester joins your app from the pool, enters the Google Group, installs the closed test build from Play, and uses the app for 14 days.
They upload a screenshot (proof) each day. When proof is approved, daily credits accrue; if they leave before 14 days, accrued credits are held.
Your side
- See active tester count and completion status in My Dashboard
- Feedback accumulates on the app detail page
- Do not close the closed test track early or delete the group — that breaks the count
- You may ship small bugfix releases; do not delete the track
If fill rate drops
When someone leaves early, a slot opens and new testers can join. What matters to Google is enough devices using the app in closed testing for the full 14 days.
TestDaş’s mutual-help model uses real people and daily proof to reduce download-and-delete abuse.
