From the approval email to a production release and a public Play Store listing.

Production track
Step 1
Create a production release
Promote the AAB from closed testing (or a new build) to the production track. Store listing, screenshots, and privacy policy should be complete.
Step 2
Review
Google runs a final review (usually a few days). After approval, the app is visible to everyone.
Step 3
Closing closed testing is optional
You can leave the closed track open to try future updates there as well.

Your app can move to completed status; you no longer need new testers. Credits and listing vouchers remain visible on your dashboard.
